Would such things as tail lights from an 04-06 fit onto a 07-08? I like the all red lights found on the older 3G. Also, if you search on EBay for parts for an 07-08...hardly anything comes up. But if you look for an 04-06 alot more comes up. Can most of these parts be used on the later model 3G? The bodies are pretty much the same right?

I'm refering to stuff like smoked side markers, tail lights/head lights, rims, etc.

 

Everything you referred to is forwards and backwards compatible. Headlight will fit onto the body, but the ballasts changed in 2006... Thus 2007 ballasts will not fit 2005 headlight housing.

Everythind else is a bolt on. You shouldn't have aporblem "trading" your parts out with members here either.

 

ummmm early 05 ballasts dont fit 07 late 05 do. a lot of the parts are interchangable but you have to keep in mind some of the mounting points n harnesses have been changed . and you canmke slight changes to make it all fit.

 

Thanks guys. I was most interested in the older tails (I'm not a fan of the late 3G tail lights). When I get my car, that's one of the first things I'm changing out.
