Question about Paint and Construction on 08 Pearl TL-S

Question about Paint and Construction on 08 Pearl TL-S
Longtime Acura owner - currently with an aging, but beloved 03 CL-S 6M.
I found an 08 TL-S 6M Navi/Backup Cam/Loaded today with 19k for $30k-ish money on a Honda dealer lot.
Now the carfax says it's clean - but that just means no one turned in an insurance claim on damage. It also has 2 owners already, one only owning it for a month this year....not sure what that's about.
Anyway - 19k, the car is immaculate inside and under the hood, but I noticed the rear bumper seemed to be a slightly different shade of Pearl. The paint is a white pearl color - very pretty in bright sunlight, but the color difference was un-mistakable. For that matter, the front bumper looked a bit discolored as well - though not nearly to such an extent.
I popped the trunk, and behind the spare tire is some very un-Acuralike white/yellowish putty/seam filler type material unevenly spread along the back seam of the trunk-pan where it meets the floor.
Question 1 - Is it normal for these bumpers to discolor a bit in...19,000 miles and 2 years.... ?
Question 2 - Does anyone else's trunk have this goop between the spare tire and the license plate?
I think I already know the answer to both...but I'm unfamiliar and liked the car a lot...just want to dismiss any problem vehicles from my shopping.
Thanks to anyone for their assistance

That's just the OEM seem sealer in the truck pan/floor.
Check the bumpers for the OEM vin tags, the rear vin tag is visible by just popping the trunk.
That a very, very common issue. Honda mfg. has somewhat low acceptability standards for paint quality/defects. A good high end shop can paint match the bumpers with acceptable results. It will look way better if you refinish.
So many WDP owners have posted about this. Only way to correct is too refinish.

On the White Pearl Acura's it NORMAL for the bumper to be slightly off color from the body.
Not saying it's right, just that it's NORMAL straight off the factory line. It's actually more likely a repaired bumper will match better than factory due to matching and blending at the body shop.
Tons of threads on this; it's a common complaint.
I don't know anything about any trunk goop.

They had another 05+ TL on the lot, I'll go peek in the trunk on it and see if it looks the same.
Thank you to everyone that chimed in on this. I'm on the fence...I'd really rather have another anthracite color, but 08 6-speeds seem to be as hard to come by as my 03 6 speed was....

Goop is most likely seam sealer...all cars have it and if it's under the carpet/trunk covering (i.e. normally unseen)then the factory is not too concerned with how even the beads of goop are.
