Question about good price on Driver Side Type-S Tail light

Is $73.40 a good price for driver side 2008 Tl Type -S Tail light?

that depends on if it's OEM or DEPO

for OEM, it's a good price.

chances are, its DEPO, which sell for ~120 a PAIR on ebay.

if i was going to mod the tail lights anyway would it be better to go with Depo or OEM?

As per fitment, not all DEPO have issues and I have seen OEM have issues with fitment. I have seen/made/installed A LOT of tail lights so this is my opinion since I specialize in them.

Eagle eyes on the other hand are the worst made replica and suck, I hate them with a passion.
