I actually want the knob and not the button.

Anyone try Advanced Keys?

Something is wrong when it's too hard for a grown man to turn a key to start a car.

As for the tip start, Acura was VERY late to the game. GM has had it for many years even on their cheapest cars.

Personally I want a key that is connected to an actual ignition switch that I can turn off if needed. Not a button or even a key (tip start) that sends a signal to the ECU to start or stop.

Just updated my Mods-To-Do list

But help me understand something, guys. Why go the knob-option? Only thing you do is cut the key off at the base and insert it into the knob which you then insert into the ignition. You're still going through the exact same motion of turning a key to start the car. Seems to me you're only gaining keyless entry.

I just don't like carrying keys around.

Like others have said, reaching around the steering wheel to turn a knob is not a big deal. Pointy pieces of metal near my crotch is.
