Problems with 2005 Acura TL auto lock

For some reason my TL wont lock after I turn my car off. I manually have to hit the lock button on my remote. The headlights wont go out automatically either. I adjusted the memory settings on the dashboard to no avail. All the other memory settings work fine. Can anyone help me out?

its not supposed to auto lock. it only auto locks after u unlock your car and u dont open the doors. after preset time it will auto lock.
