My power mirror switch went bad to where the mirrors randomly click up towards the sky whenever im driving. Is there an easy way to disconnect them?

it's not the switch. You have to take the glass off, clean the actuator, re-grease and move the mirrors around in different position points to work it in and it will move quietly and fluidly again.

The problem is getting the glass off as to not crack the mirror. There is a thread that shows the appropriate pressure points to mitigate breakage.

Will that fix them moving on their own as well?

it might, or you can spend $50 and get new actuators from acura and swap them out and the mirrors will work perfectly again. The motor binds and the computer thinks the mirror is not in the right position thus causing movement.
