Possible worn CV Axles?

I’ve started having some pretty rough vibrations around 60-65 between 2-3k RPM. 162k on the car, not felt in the steering wheel but throughout the cabin itself. Only on acceleration, and above 70 and anything below 60 car drives like it’s brand new. Front and side engine mounts have been replaced. Seen plenty of threads where the axles seem to be the case but haven’t seen much clarification with it occurring at a certain speed, so wanted to be sure before I started throwing parts at it. Thanks in advance

Axles. I'm doing the same. Found one of the boots ripped. Engine mounts are fine.

Figured. Can’t think of anything else. Imma have another mechanic take a look to get a second opinion, neither axle boot is torn or leaking any grease but I’ve been told that the inner CV joints can go without any tears or leakage; how accurate that is idk
