possible 04 05 foglight idea??

I have an 04 tl and have been looking into putting foglights on my car but dont like my options so far..... i looked into the honda accord fogs but dont feel too convinced by them i know i can do the work but i dont want to cut up the lower grill and then not like it.... i thought about putting led strips as ive seen on acurazine but still kind of shakey..... i ran into these on this link

http://www.dashzracing.com/Lighting-...-p8827027.html

i know they look a little weird...but they are only half inch thick so they might just fit in the grill

has anyone tried something like this?? i wish i had 60 experimental dollars but i dont right now

well thanks for your imput it will be appreciated

I don't like the LED's IMO.. Leave that for the Audi's. There is a guy somewhere around here who has them in his lower grills and it looks...

i agree in some cases the leds look good but i like originality as well so to all their own but im saying if these were able to be foglights or maybe somene has foglights this thin that fit into the grill i would defantly like to see how they look

Foglights are intended to assist in enhancing visibility in fog. Those 'Audi' LEDs are nothing more then cheap 5mm LEDs encased in an acrylic housing and will do absolutely nothing towards such purpose.

Baller is use of high-powered Luxeon LEDs and proprietary reflectors...

...^^^^this is not

ok so to clear it all up a little..... i was saying maybe they make these in solid lights not dotted like leds ...im saying they mights just fit into the grill and these would give another option to the accord fog

then you somehow need to 'project' those LEDs otherwise it defeats the purpose of fogs.

I agree with DM.. On my previous post I was implying not to try and replicate the "Audi style" as it looks awkward on our cars.

I have something similar to this... if i was trying to copy audi i would've gone the headlight mod route, not this. i wanted something more along the lines of drl's. I like it, all that matters

By the way "riplee" your TL looks sick... What springs do you have, that is just the drop i want!
