Pin Striping!!

I'm pretty new to the forum and first off, i LOVE this forum. It totally has everything I need to know about the TL if I can't find it, I can ask.. which is what I am doing now. I just recently got my TL in June (04 NBP 5AT/no navi) and it ultimately came with this silverish pin striping that I think is totally mad UGLY (IMO). I mean, it's not THAT bad, but I prefer to have it removed. I plan on doing it soon but I just need some advice on how to remove them. Are they like stickers? Do I just peel them off? I've gotten some ScratchX just in case I go wrong somewhere, but I just need some feedback.

Has anyone removed their Pin Striping before? If so, what's the best way to do it?? THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!
