You have got to be freaking crazy, are you really going to buy a TL for that much? If so, I also have a bridge I can sell you

EDIT: Just an afterthought, are those CAD? If so, the Canadian folks may have to chime in with their opinions.

If that is for a stock TL something is seriously wrong here friend. I just did the deal for my 06 TL Navi and it came in at $42,250 Canadian plus taxes etc which will put it in the very low 50's with extended warranty. Are you looking at an RL and not a TL. Honestly, if that's what you getting quoted for a TL you should really consider shopping around. Can you provide more details about the car you are looking at?

Even if it's in Canadian dollars, that's still a lot when I've seen other Canadians paying around C $44K.

I apologize, I realized soon after I posted that the figure you quoted could be in CAD (notice I edited my post with my afterthought). Do you still have to add the 15% tax on top of that or is thay the out the door figure?

Ahhhhh .....now things are makin' more sence.. FYI, I don't know where in Canada you are but an '06 5AT Navi TL can be had in the Toronto area for $42,250 to $42,750 so if you're paying $42K + $3K for Navi that's pretty much MSRP and you might be able to go better considering the wad your droppin' on the other stuff. Best of luck with the deal - that's gonna be one amazing TL you'll have there .

I knew it was Canadian, but it still seems rather extreme.

$66,500CDN=$57,436.52USD. Is there such a thing as a $57K TL?

THAT is my one sore spot about my TL . I read here about folks in the United States paying ~ U$33.5K for an '06 TL Navi while the best price I found in Canada was C$42,250. There is more of differnce than just the exchange unfortunately. That said, this inequity is not limited to the TL's or Acrua. In fact, the TL is priced well versus the competition and is still a great deal versus the others out there.

BUT STILL - the TL is an awesome car, dont get me wrong - but not worth $66,500CDN or $57,436.52USD
Look into a bicycle or something

Is there such a thing as a US state with 15% sales tax?
