Out of no fucking where some racoon runs out from a parked car and BOOM! Right on my right bumper. My HID fogs are fine but the bumper busted open.

LEARN TO WATCH BEFORE YOU CROSS HOLY FUCK.

 

damn...that is some raccoon in the hurry...

i guess you only have to replace the bumper and make sure it match the color to rest of the ride...

Yeah as a temp fix I would duct tape the otherside and see if you can eliminate that gap.

Sorry to see that man. Well for those who don't believe a racoon could do that, I too was attacked by one about 2 yrs. ago and it cracked the bumper on my '05 NBP TL. Yes a simple racoon ran out in front of me, I saw it, but since I was going about 60 at the time, decided to just drive over it, that was a bad call for me. But I just got a '08 NBP manual TL-S, I traded the '05 and the dealer gave me about $1500 over KBB trade value. I don't understand it. But anyways, beware of the mighty racoon!

 

A turkey once ran out infront of my father's old 535is. I guess it jumped up and started to fly or something. Perfect level for a couple of headlights, grill, radiator, bumper, hood, you name it. Expensive! Small animals can do some serious damage.

its like how i was on the freeway driving and part of a tire was coming at me and im going straight at it =x and i couldnt dodge it there was like cars around me xD... paint chip off. and the side of the front bumper pop out

 

Why not? They can get up to 35 lbs or so, or roughly the size of a small dog.

 

lol dude, on Long island, the racoons out here are fucking huge, when i used to still care about my health, i'd go running in the morning and all the time you'd see some FAT and big, big as in like the size of a young golden retriever, crawl back into the sewer ducts on the side of the road....those things are no joke,


lol hey elkayem now's the chance to decide how you want to do your bumper! lol, on a lighter note if this makes you any happier, on my other car, these two pigeons were too busy enjoying NYC crumbs and flew off too late or too slow (NY pigeons are fucking BEAST).....anyway, they exploded all over the front of my car and scratched it up pretty bad. I had to drive around all day with that crap on my hood, in my ducts...lol

 

dont worry clem! i popped a 3/8 solid steel shot into one of those suckers today! smoked it with my slingshot right in the forehead...heard some crack noise i think i broke its skull.....then it crippled away
