Oil cap gunk

just did oil change on my brothers type-s and saw this. is this something he should be worried about?

mobile 1 oil and filter every 4 months or so.

moisture build up..... does he do short runs? Tell him to take a long drive once in a while.

yep, train station everyday which is a mile away.

Definitely needs to do a bit more driving to prevent this moisture buildup

that's completely normal and happens to most vehicles. I wouldn't sweat it one bit.
