I just read in FHM/Stuff/Maxium (i cant remember with one it was in) that if you spray PAM on the front of your car that it will keep bugs from sticking to your car I'm pretty sure that it is a lot of peoples pet peaves (Tonya Lee hates bugs in her face) Any one try it out? I know that when I get back I will try it out.

 

I'm sure it would help keep bugs from sticking, but it will also be a dirt magnet, and some of the bugs will still be on the car, just not glued to the paint as well. I would predict the front of the car will look bad (as in needs to be washed) fairly quickly.

 

You can also use a thin coat of WD40.

Pam works great (I like the butter-flavored ). I use it when I am going on a trip and know that I will be washing the car shortly after.

 

kyle: do a search... but if you are lazy like me and never use it, its a clear film that is placed on the front of your car, and protects it from all sorts of rocks and bugs... it really shouldnt be called a bra, since it looks no where near as ugly as the old black bras are.

Since my dad wont let me install a clear bra, i resorted to ordering a full mask under his not knowing, and used it when i drove cross country which worked.

you can also just let the bugs hit Tanya and then get some bug be gone. I have some of that stuff and it works well.


btw, just curious where did you come up with the name Tanya Lee anyways?

 

Some guy I spoke to several years ago while in Florida had a new Rolls Royce and was very anal. He said that before he took a road trip he coated the nose with vaseline. I never tried it so I can't vouch for the idea.

 

hmmm a dude that is anal... uses vasaline on the front of his rolls... hmm maybe for penitration, wind penitration that is.

the vasaline idea is interesting, but i think it would look like crap after a few hours, or it would smear across the car because of the wind. i would rather put the clear bra on my car.

 

Tonya Lee basically came from i wanted i name for her (female of course) and i wanted the intitals to be TL. Plus i think that girls with BLack and Asain decents are extreamly attractive (all the ones i have meet so far) and the TL is Extreamly attractive. So in short Tonya Lee just seemed to fit.

 

The PAM idea has been around for years, but I've heard some complain it can stain the paint (white color especially).
