Hey everyone I am officially the owner of a TL! I found an 08 Type-S with a 6 speed. Black on light interior. One owner, clean carfax and dealer maintained. It has 105k miles so I already know what needs to be done next.
Just a couple questions about some things I have noticed..

There is a slight stutter/hesitation around the 2.5k rpm mark. But I'm assuming that could be spark plugs? Or could this be something else?
Apart from the 105k service (Plugs, belts, water pump, fluids) is there anything else I should look out for? I know bushings and motor mounts are weak on these cars. Is the valve adjustment service really that critical right now? I honestly wanted to put the whole service off until the next oil change at around 110k

Also when making a u-turn I hear a whining sound..not necessarily at full lock but close to it. It doesn't sound like a power steering whine, I was thinking maybe it was the tires rubbing? When at a standstill there aren't any sounds at all when I turn the wheel.

And lastly..my handsfree link always says "booting up" Is this a sign that the bluetooth module is bad?

Any advice and input would be highly appreciated.

Look through the Problems and Fixes sub forum. All the symptoms you've described are not new, quite common in our cars and have been discussed ad nauseum. You'll definitely find the answers to all the questions you posted and even some you haven't yet. The best way to search here is through Google. Type in your issue with the query 'site:Acurazine.com' at the end and you'll find a lot of resources!

WOW! So I just experienced VTEC for the first time. Oh my goodness!

 

Can anyone point me in the right direction for my hesitation problem though? It seems like things don't really smoothen out until about 3k rpm or so..and I have tried searching but nothing good seems to come up.

Also, I know you wrote "belts" for service... be sure to change the timing belt if it hasn't been done already, especially since you'll already be in there when doing the w/pump.
