Hello Acurazine!

I picked up a 2008 Acura TL base w/ navi on Monday and so far I love the car. I've always wanted one since they first came out but after getting rid of my toy car, s2000, it was time to upgrade. It's a Carbon Bronze Pearl with Taupe interior, all stock, and driven lightly by the first owner, only 58,700mi when I bought it and just hit 59,000mi yesterday. The car reminds me alot of my s2000, but with practicality to boot.

Anyway, the only mods I've done so far were to swap out the interior halogens for LED boards and LED DRL lights which I'm waiting on the wiring harness, found out the hard way that it needed it. I plan on tinting the windows very soon, but otherwise no other mods, I like that stock clean look, especially on a car as nice as the TL. Also thinking of changing out the headlight bulbs for 5000k or 6000k bulbs for a whiter light (yes I know it won't light things up as well, but looks nicer imo).

Very happy with the car and look to hang onto it for a very long time, hopefully another 150k miles.

I see from your AV you have tint on yours, may I ask what percent they are?

I'm going to get tint, but can't decide if I want 20% in the rear and a lighter 30-35% on the front, or same tint all around.

I've always had a variation of silver for cars, so this new Bronze color is a great change, but also stuck on how tint would look on it.

I just noticed today that I actually have "Live Traffic" on my Navigation. So I checked out AcuraLink and tried to add my TL to my account, but it's asking for a PIN. I entered the radio and navi PIN, but neither work.

I see it's a "premium" service, but I guess the previous owner still paid for it. Anyway to see how long this lasts or is it a free service?
