I'm picking up an 04 tl at the end of the month. I just finished parting out my g35 as well as my girlfriends g35. Both cars were pretty heavily modded. And I plan to start molding the tl once I receive it. Here's some pics of my g35.

Thanks guys. I'm really looking forward to start working on this car. So many things I want to do already. I'm just gonna lurk the forums for a while and learn the car before I buy things. That was the mistake I made with the g. I Impulse bought a lot of things that all got replaced eventually.

welcome! i like that G why did you get rid of it??

 

Doesn't seem like the engine bay is very mod friendly as far as looks. I like having polished pieces etc. But upon searching I'm not finding too much. Here's what I had in progress on the g. Never got around to finishing it.

 

The reason I got rid of the g.......
We have two g35's. Both coupes. Having a kid in November so I needed a 4 door.

 

sick G man, just sick. TL is a good car too, I am sure you will love it.

 

I know its probably hard to part with it, I can't imagine getting rid of my car.

I also sell anything OEM. The A-spec kit is the most popular. Its either the A-spec kit or the ronjon, but with the ronjon it will be almost triple the money once you get it painted and installed because it uses different mounting points than OEM.

 

welcome, the G was really nice. looks like you have good taste as far as mods. your right the engine bay isn't that mod friendly. but it could look nice, it just takes a little imagination. I've done a few things in my bay

 

I think you should get a type S id like to see the mods you do to it give me some ideas haha

I considered the sedan but.....the tl is coming to me as a trade from a friend of mine. I've always liked the look of the TL, so I went for it. Mods will probably start slow but I definitely want modded headlights a drop on coils and some work cr kai's hopefully pretty aggressive. Anybody wanna buy my works in those pictures. They're a little big for a TL
