Hi all,

New member here.Purchased a 2008 TL with Nav, CBP w/ taupe, last week with 30k miles on it.
Traded in a 2001 BMW 323i with 120k miles.

I was blown away with the TL's driving dynamics. For a FWD car, it hugs corners like krazy glue.

All the gadgets , oh my bmw didnt have any and its a huge deal for me.
Sound system is awesome !

Just have one question. Will window tinting void the extended warrenty ?

Also just now noticed that my daughter's infant car seat is denting the leather. Is there something that I can use to prevent that?

Thanks.

Hi Mik,

Welcome to the joint! Nice upgrade (by the way)!

Tints will not void out the warranty. Tints are always a great first mod.

Congrats and welcome!!

Window tint wont void your warranty and placing a folded blanket underneath the car seat should minimize dents in the leather. Enjoy Azine!

Welcome to the club. You'll find a whole lot of info on this site. If you get the windows tinted, make sure that the tinter tints the 1/4 windows all the way and the third brake light. For the child seats, I use a beach towel. Also useful to have in case someone is dirty or wet.

Instead of folding a blanket or towel to cover the seat you could try this http://www.target.com/Kiddopotamus-E..._gwvub_3_title

It's what I use to keep my leather safe!

welcome.

I use a towel for the baby seat and tint should not void warranty.
