Congrats Welcome to AZ! Check out the 3G garage for tons of info. Also register your TL at www.myacura.com in the USA or https://www.myacura.acura.ca/ in Canada. Save your Navi and Radio codes there. Check for any recalls your TL may need.

Maintenance yo. Then mods. That's just my opinion. No point in mods with a car that needs basic maintenance.

Redline ATF - The TL auto tranny is ok but respect it's reliability limitations
synthetic oil - recommended but not critical. Dino works.

Depending on age/need
plugs - NGK Iridium are the most popular
brake line flush - See the DIY. Not that hard but a good idea at your cars age.
coolant flush - Not critical, but again, age
PS fluid "flush" - just removing some and putting new stuff in is probably sufficient
air filter - Unless you'll be getting a CAI. The TL has a cold air system already so a CAI has limited benefits.

Timing belt? What's your mileage?

Welcome and congrats!

Like already suggested, make sure all of your routine maintenance is done and then work on mods. A-Spec kit is a great choice!

Looks really clean, same interior as me.
Its already been covered by other members but definately flush that tranny.
Other than that and fluids you should be good, enjoy modding it, youll get addicted really fast.
