HI Everyone. I'm looking to buy a 6 spd. TL with navi. MY question is whether the navi system in Canada will also include the American system/coverage. I will also like to share my experiance with my previous car, which was a 03' Nissan 350Z. This is another reason why I refuse to buy the G35. My Z had 36000KMs before I sold it. I had to get my 6spd. tranny replaced, the window motors, the amp for the BOSE radio, two rear axels, the front tires because of the factory allingment setting, a crank position sensor, and to top it of an alternator.Keep in mind the car was purchased new and never modified. I dont's want to start any wars, but I will have to say that Nissan/Infiniti uses cheap parts as evident in their Interiors. I hope the Acura will be a solid car for years to come. Just my

I'm sure you'll be pleased with the quality of the interior in the TL. I'm a proud owner of a '05 TL with a little under 10k miles. Don't be so sure about the Navigation coverage in Canada. As far as I can tell, my Navi DVD only covers the continental 48. I haven't tried setting a destination to Montreal, but when I scrolled the screen north of Michigan, the coverage seemed to stop. No highways, no surface streets.

I do believe it's the same system. Except that the sexy female voice is now programmed to say " In a half mile take a right turn eh".
