Hey Guys,

I've been a LONG time lurker, especially the last few months as I was researching the TL-S. I've got to say that this forum is the best forum out there. Tons of info which helped a lot in making my decision.

Anyways, I picked up a '07 NBP TL-S with 18k for $27.5 OTD. The car is great, although I am getting used to driving an auto (last car was a '93 Prelude VTEC) but it isn't so bad.

I had a few questions that I need to ask though about some issues that I have noticed.

-Subwoofer rattle when music is turned up.
-Front window has a slight rattle as well mostly when going over bumps.
-Transmission has a hard or "jerk" to it. Shifting into second its nice and crisp but after that you can really feel it shifting, kind of ruins the luxury feel of the car.
-Navigation has a delay or "lag". When pressing the "OK" on the Nav screen it takes like 2-3 seconds. Also, I was searching for something and when typing in the letters I had to push it like twice to get it to input the actual letter. Is my Nav going bad?

i have the subwoofer rattle as well, you can try to take it to the dealer to fix, and they replace some seatbelt thing, which helps a little bit.

not sure about the front window, but should be taken care of under warranty.

the lag in the nav is because the system is still booting up

Congrats on your purchase. You are going to love it. I've had my TLS for almost 2yrs now and I had similar problems as well. My subwoofer did rattle and my navigation did seem a little slow but these small problems were easily resolved. Some current problems that I have is that the felt on the front two windows is starting to rub against my tint (if yours is tinted) and my rear spoiler is comming loose. All covered under warranty so no big deal, but are some common problems that I've noticed that other TLS owners have had. No MAJOR issues though.

Rattles and transmission should be taken car of by the dealership. I don't think anything is wrong with your Nav system, mine does the same thing.

The navi lag i get too. it cant be boot up. mine does it all the time. my dealer thinks the newer 2010 disc got rid if the lag. Try typing an address in when it starts lagging. its a bitch. I've also noticed if youre listening to a cd and u get a call on hfl, when u hang up it takes time for the cd to start playing again. My 08 accord was instant restart.
