New Fog Lights. Which Type?

Hey guys, I was wanting to know which fog lights (bulbs) to get that either match or as close of a match as possible to the xenon factory headlights. I'm not liking the fact that the fog lights are "plain" and the headlights are awesome. Thoughts? Comments? Thanks!

I'd advise you to go yellow.

I have Nokya H8 Hyper Yellow foglight bulbs.

But, if you want to match the headlight brightness, try to find bulbs that are as close to 4300k as possible.

Prince, he asked what would be the closest to the factory headlights not what your opinion on what he should get instead.

Factory bulbs are around 4300 I believe. So probably around 5k-6k would be the closest but 5k being closer.

Wassup man, I kinda like the yellow idea. Got a pic you can show? I had a 94 Lexus es300 with the yellow fog lights and I was always a fan. When you say 4300k, does that mean xenon or whatever as long as it's 4300k?

Ok just did some ebaying and found the bulbs foe $10.....? Then there was a "kit" with ballast for $150... Ummmm big price jump. whats the deal with that. I thought the factory bulbs for the tl were crazy expensive. and a set of fog lights are $10? Something is missing...

Fogs aren't HID. They're just regular halogen.

That's the reason for the price difference.

I have tried several solutions for the fogs. Here are my results and opinions:
Sylvania UltraStar Silver: Nice light, expensive bulbs. Are not a match to stock lights. Available in most auto supply stores
Nokya Hyper Yellow: Deliver the most usable light of all I tested and are currently installed on my car. Very piss-yellow color, but that is really what you want in fogs for the contrasting light in bad weather.
Nokya Arctic White 80W: Probably the best match to the stock headlights I have tried so far. Very white light and look very nice. Probably my second favorite of the three I have tried.
I found a guy on ebay that sells the Nokya's for $15/set.
Honda Accord fogs in lower bumper: Lots of work to get them installed, but IMO this is the correct location for fog lights---not where Acura decided to put them in the headlights. I'm running 35W DDMTuning HIDs at 5000K but they are not a match to the stock headlights. DDM has a pretty liberal exchange policy, but I am waiting for my turn with JnC to do my headlights. Once I get them done, I will worry about color matching everything.
Hope this helps.

The thing is, my 07 has fog lights already as you know and im pissed that Acura chose such a crappy bulb for the light.

This is what I bought for $12 shipped so if they suck then I'm only out a little bit. Do any of you know this bulb?
Oh and thanks btw dwb993 for the info. I wish I would've waited to read your post. I wish Acura would just endorse a damn light or use a good one so I dont have to go through 3-4 pair of lights to find out which ones are good. BTW how easy are these to install? They look like plug n play lights to get to but until now I have never even done anything to the car but drive it like normal.
