Made my own reverse LED's

Lately I had been looking for LEDs to change out my Reverse lights. Going through the posts here people spent over 50 bucks for 2 watt bulbs. I had some 6000K 9006 LEDs that I was using for the fog lights. But the color was a little bit blue so didn't look good with the HIDs. So I decided to uses the 18 SMD instead of buying new 921. These are no HIDs like some of you have but I think they are a lot better than the OEM bulb. I wanted to do the HIDs but didn’t want to take apart my car to get the power from the battery. The reverse camera shot only has the reverse lights on nothing else. What do you guys think?

The base fits in the hole firmly but i still put the fitting behind it and used electric tape to hold everything in place.

Here is the difference between the OEM and the new LED.

Both sides done.

I love the results. i wanted a brighter picture for the reverse camera.

Nice job! You should probably solder it if you're going to make it permanent?

I started to but the solder was bad so it was not working too well. It is not going anywhere the main wire from the LED unit goes back over the wire i added so its pretty secure.
