Exclamation A new driver!

Well, to start it off, im not exactly a new driver, im not even old enough to have a permit yet but im getting it at the end of this month (15 and a 1/2, FINALLY!) and my license later this year! My mom works for American Honda here in CA. Now to the reason of this thread.....

I have a 2004 Acura TL (Redondo Red Pearl, Camel, no-navi, 6 speed manual, A-Spec kit without the rims) and the car has almost 14,000 miles after the 2nd oil change, is this normal?

american honda headquartes asked for a few volunteer TL's for a special kind of oil not used in the TL so i'm wondering if it has something to do with it....any thoughts?

Cool

As always, Welcome to the forum.

Besides the general info about TLs, wish our forums do show you how to ride and how to properly and safely drive.

If that car was frequently running over the highway and the owner did follow the reminder of MID, 14k with 2 oil changes seem normal to me. At least one of my friends driving 04TL has got the similar records as your car has shown.

Talks more to us if you can...

For the oil issue, ...
