Hello all, Just to drop a line to say I'm new to the board just got my TL-type S

First on my list is getting window tint next week, and looking into those roof wings , just not sure that am sold on it yet

Aiight...first my manners...

W-E-L-C-O-M-E!!

Now...you have had this car for at least a weekend and no pics? Don't you know that:

Hahahahaha...welcome aboard man...and put some pics up soon...oh yeah, what color did you get (NBP ) ???

BTW...don't even think about getting a "wing" if it's NBP...but a decklid spoiler is sexy as hell! I should know, I have one...

OKay so it's silver, not my favorite NBP, at least it's my second choice ... LOL

Enjoy your ride & welcome aboard !

Congrats on your new rides. For a silver car, do you think the wheels look better if they have the traditional bright finish rather than the matte finish? To me, bright finish looks better, but the drawback is you need to wash the rims more often to keep that bright finish because of pesky brake dusts.

I never was THRILLED with my stock 07 TL-S wheels. I bought a set of Volks newest 18" wheels because they were silver, not dark grey. I like bright silver painted wheels with a polished lip. But after selling my Volks, I put the stock wheels back on after lowering and tinting windows. It looks much better. But I still want a set of 19" silver wheels with a polished lip. Even though brake dust shows on a light colored wheel, I keep my car spotless most of the time!

Here's a pic with the Volk's gone BYE BYE to Cali
