New to 3rd Gen

Hey Guys, family just got an 05 TL w/ Navi, Red. I usually hang out in the 2nd Gen cuz i have a modded 00 TL. Just wanted to say wahts up, and will be chillin' here now as well.

Welcome to the 3G side, Dark DJ, I read your posts on the 2G side often. I, too, came to the 3G from a 2G TL.

thanks man! ive learend so much from this forum. now that i know a good amount about 2nd Gen, its time to hit the books again and master the 3rd Gen. How you likin' urs so far?

i can definately tell that the 05 is much more refined compared to my 00. but i love it just as much! the 00 is more my car, where as the 05 is my parents. thanks for the warm welcome.

My friends often tell me that the 04 TL is TOO refined compared to the Type S. Personally, I kind of like the more sporty and "raw" edge of the Type S at times, but enjoy the "relaxed refinement" of the 04 at times. These cars do have a completely different feel to them, especially apparent after juming from the drivers seat of one right to the drivers seat of the other. You just got to love both.
