Need some help (Regarding Window scratches)

Let me just start out by saying a few months back I got my windows tinted, Pinnacle One with moleskin.

Within the past couple weeks, I've been noticing what look like scratches, but seem to be a sort of sticky substance, showing up on the inside of the window when I roll it down. It wipes off with window cleaner, but its bothersome nonetheless. I'm not really sure what the cause of the problem is, I've cleaned things to the best of my ability with no luck. Here are some pics.

Anyone have any suggestions? Should I go yell at the tinting place or the acura dealer? Tinting place is a good 45 minutes away

Sounds like they might have used either cheap moleskin or didn't apply it properly and the glue from the moleskin is coming off and getting on the tint.

This is something for the tint installer to fix, since it is probably caused by the moleskin and not something Acura would be responsible for.

And you're ok in this forum. We try to keep all the tint threads and questions and answers here in the main forum so they are easier for folks to find.

Thanks. That's what I was thinking. Guess I'll have to give them a call tomorrow.
