OK, I am looking for advice regarding a rear bumper replacement.

I was rear ended a few weeks ago and the check has finally arrived for me to fix my car. My TL is an 05 A-Spec. Both the rear bumper cover and the rear A-Spec under spoiler were damaged and need replacing. Here's where I had a funny thought. Does the rear bumper cover for the 07 (with the mesh screen instead of the grey plastic) fit on an 05 frame? i assume so, but need to verify this and have not found the answer as of yet.

Also, does the bumper cover for the 07 come painted? I would have to repaint it if it does. I know the 05 cover does NOT come painted (part of my problem) Oh yeah, how do you thnk that 07 bumper cover would look painted DGP??

So what is the best idea for replacing the rear bumpers?
05 cover & a-spec spoiler?
07 bumper (mesh)
07 Bumper w/Aspec spoiler - Is there an A-spec rear spoiler for the 07?
