I would say that 25k is a little high. Its got 39k miles.

It's about average price for a CPO. The mileage is a little high for what they are asking for it. For a base, even with nav, for that price I'd expect the mileage to be 25k or under, not almost 40k.

The 2011's will be out in a few months as well, making it another year older.

Just curious where one might find a '08 TL-S for $25K OTD price with that mileage and a CPO?

The price is in the ballpark, but check to make certain no
imperfections and tires (looks like Toyo's) are as new and also look at the brake rotors as it is hard to see in pic, but doesn't look smooth.

i would say go for that. Sounds good, check the car and look for flaws, anything, scratches, bad tires, whatever and mention that since you'll have to fix it, you want it for cheaper.
