I had placed a deposit at monthclaire acura on Feb. 28 for a Anthracite/ebony 6speed navi. I was told it would come in April, than I was told it would come in April 10-15, now i'm told it would come in around April 23. I just called before to see if my salesman has the VIN# yet. He didn't.

Another member here placed an order for the same combo as me at Ramsey Acura on Feb. 27. He told me that the dealer has two coming in and has the VIN#s. I called Ramsey and I was told the same thing. The salesman told me that they have two of that combo coming in around April 10 but they are both sold. One sold to the member here.

Now do you think my dealer is playing me? Should I call my saleman back and ask him what's really going on?

 

Is it possible to find out if a certain dealership has the car coming in without having to call them? When you call the dealership they say that they can electronically swap for the combo you want.

It didn't even take this long when I ordered a G35 Coupe 6speed last year. The G35 is coming from Japan too.

 

It shouldn't take that long.
