Well Depends what you consider a LCD Screen..

The Radio Controls and normal Screen Is LCD

The 04 Maxima has the same size LCD for the Non-Nav Models but its Orange Monochrome VS. Color Navi..

I like the look of the 04 TL's NON-Nav Screen over 04 Maxima's

But I would never buy the car in Non-Nav Form, Acura is trying to push the car for Navigation too

Lots of people that were gonna buy Non-Nav 04 TL, changed there mind and bought Navigation, after seeing it in reality

What's the reason for the difference in screen color? The second looks much better, IMO.

i think you can customize it....

at least on the ones with navi you can... or maybe it goes by the interior colors lol.. maybe the parchment/tan comes with the tan screen and quartz/ebony comes with blue

Your comment is funny, but someone else has mentioned the same thing. It may be true.

Anyone else with firsthand experience about the screen colors? I'm really curious about this.

Does anyone have experience with a Navi in cold weather? Sub zero's F? I am wondering if the screen works at all, and how long it takes to warm up to a usable state?

I need to find out why they do not include a cleaning cloth for the navi screen this time.My 2002 TL-S came with the cloth, unless it is missing. Those screens are a dust magnet for sure.

Get one of those Mothers car dusters or whatever they are... They are coated in paraffin wax and they suck up dust really well.

Did anyone notice navi does not have a trip computer like the Accord and does not have the conversion calculator?

Post Trip and Calculator

I just bought the TL wednesday and my Navi has the calculator, the trip computer is partially integrated into the MID in the drivers console.

Got the Abyss Blue with the Quartz interior. God I love this car.

You certainly are concerned about the depth of the trip computer. Glad someone is.

When you say partially integrated, are you saying there are trip computer functions in the navi system?

Please take pic of the calculator screen... Does it also have the calendar?

Yes, pictures of the nav screen doing things other than displaying the map would be great. Also it's interesting that the nav screen's background can be changed to red, amber, or gray. I had assumed that blue was the only color. Variety is good!

As Sherlock mentioned, the trip computer is in the MID, it shows Average MPH, Average MPG, time elapse and distance travelled since you reset it. On the map of the navi sys, it shows the distance from destination and time required to travel to the destination.

Yes, it has both calculator and calendar.

Cool pics, thank you. I only had 10 seconds with the navi and did not see the calculator. Definitely no trip computer hidden in there, right?

On the Navi, there are 2 modes: day and night. In the day time, even with bright sunlight on the screen, you can usually see it. At night, you press a night button on the screen and it dims so that you hardly notice it. However, if you keep it bright during the night time, it can become very distracting.
