Actually I think it does fit, but is very tight. You may also need to adjust/manipulate it a bit to get a proper connection. Others have also had this problem, so you are not alone.

I did a search, but didn't see anything. Oh well, I'll try again. I just didn't want to shove it in the outlet.

You can buy estension cables from radio shack.
Are you using a generic charger or the manufacturer's charger.

I don't suppose putting the charger in the center console works for you?
I think you're kind of stuck with options here.

As advised above...shove that thing in....mine is tough to get in but does fit and works well...

Yeah, mine fits in the dash outlt, not my center counsel. Is the consensus push really hard and it will go?
