I suggest taking the rear bumper off completely, and try to push it back into the clips.

 

How can I do that? What can this represent? Accident? I just bought it this weekend. No accident on carfax and the paint looks equal throughout the car.

If I take to the Acura dealer would they do it for me?

sometimes when people put the rear bmper back on, they dont raise it high enough to push back into the clips, resulting in un-aligned bumper.

Carfaxes will not show accidents all the time.

Couldnt tell you why, butt some one clearly messed with it.

are those type-s tail lights?
underneath the tails are the clips...the bumper needs to be raised enough to hook into those clips.

 

Likely that someone put the bumper back on incorrect. As someone else said, take it off and put it back on. Otherwise have the dealer look at it.

 

def misaligned ... did u buy the car preowned, maybe previous owner got into an accident?

 

Looks like it was removed at one time and when it was put back on it was not raised high enough before snapped in. The gap between the bumper and the tail light show it is not raised up high enough to be in the clips. You will need to unscrew the two screws in the wheel well and both bolts just under the lip of the trunk lid. I woudl then pull it out and snap it up and in.

You might want to clean it first so you do not scratch the paint while pushing on it.
