mudflaps/splash guards fitment question

Not really sure how to execute a resulting search on this one, but does anyone know offhand if 07-08 splash guards would fit on a 06 TL? I'm trying to get a set on ebay but supposedly they won't fit previous year models and there isn't a listing for 04-06.

oh, model number is 08P00-SEP-210A

They are painted WDP and for a TLs.
Just going by the part numbers I'd have to say they are different. The '04-'07 Base are the same number, but the TLs is different.

08P00-SEP-201 ACURA TL SPLASH GUARD (NO PAINT) 2004 TL

08P00-SEP-201 ACURA TL SPLASH GUARD (NO PAINT) 2007 TL

08P00-SEP-200C ACURA TLs SPLASH GUARD (NO PAINT) 2007

08P00-SEP-210A ACURA TL SPLASH GUARD ( WHITE DIAMOND PEARL ) 2007 TLs

Well, I understand that the newer model shouldn't fit exactly (lesson learned with type s rear sidemarkers' plugs). Just wondering if anyone tried it yet because I found a pretty good deal on pre-painted wdp splashguards, but for 07-08. I don't want to email a vendor about fitment and then buy somewhere else. That'd be kind of foul.

I believe they should fit just fine since, as far as I know, there were no changes to the shape of the fender/bumper pieces on that part of the car.

I had the black ones on my 04. Last year I replaced them with the pre-painted colored ones. A perfect fit, exactly like the unpainted ones. And the new silver is almost a perfect match to the 04 silver.

so your saying that the painted splash guards from the 07-08 TL(non S) fit right on the 04-06 TL(non a-spec) without any modification. am i correct in saying that?

I believe they will fit as well. I do know the rear bumper is different in the very back but if they changed the shape of the area behind the wheels im not sure.
I do know for a 100% fact that the TL-S gaurds are different than the base TL gaurds. I learned that the hard way.

well guys, i posted my question about the fitment of the splash guards in the "does this fit my car thread" and was told they fit. so i went out and picked up a set and from the 07-08 TL BASE and installed them on my 2005 TL (non a-spec). they fit PERFECT. no modification required. so here you go...theres the answer lol.

Yeah I would think they'd fit fine. There weren't any body changes from 04-08 at all.

Shit, seems like the wdp splash guards is a U.S. part and I'm in Canada. The part # doesn't pull up at canadian acura dealerships..

Unless anybody knows of a location in canada i can order them from?

Thanks.

They should unless you have some kind of body kit on you bumpers. Originally they only came unpainted in black plastic, then they started to make them painted body colors. You shouldn't have any issues.

it might not fit for the front one since the Type S use wider side skirt than the Base model, the rear one should bolt on tho.
