Megatron 2

I put in a new megatron 2 battery in an 06 tl with 95k mt stock suspension. The factory battery was in the car prior to replacement. I feel the handling feels off and I am feeling vibration/road feel at high speed in the steering more. Can this be a sign that I need to change my shocks or an axle issue?

I'm having trouble understanding how the first two sentences relate to the last two sentences. WTF?

Luger, it can mean anything.

have the front end inspected by a mechanic.
they'll tell you if any ball joints or axles are worn.
have them inspect the shocks as well.

if the shocks arent leaking then they are still good.
how ever, they can become soft.

I guess the thread title and beginning of the first post were just FYI's? Or is Luger implying that there is some relationship between the new battery and the vibration issue? If so, there is no relationship...a new battery won't make your suspension vibrate. Check axles like Crab said. If the comments about the battery were just FYI's...congrats!!

Why put a in a boring title!

Yeah I am wondering if the suspension is worn and the change in battery wt. would make an issue with the suspension/axle more noticible. I do not see any oil leaks but the car is not handling I feel as it should and I am getting a grinding clicking on slow turns as others have posted.

^sounds like axles.
but without visually inspecting the car, we can only guess.

yup check your axles for a torn boot or leaking grease. it'll be obvious if they're fuxored.
