Hey guys, found this on eBay. It seems pretty clean. Just wondering if it was a members car....Acura : TL A-spec in Acura | eBay Motors

The owner said he flew to Florida to pick it up...so I'm guessing that the owner before him lives in Florida .

I noticed that too and thought about saying something, but saw he literally has every single A-spec component added on, including the steering wheel.

It may not be factory A-Spec, but all A-Spec is, is a package, which he added every part of that package, so it's 'sort of' legit.

IIRC Aspec was a dealer installed option anyways. Installing it after the sale is no less legit than if it was sold that way so long as you have all the parts.

Indeed, that is what I was saying

The only difference I can think, and I'm not even sure if I am correct about this or not, but I 'think' (certainly could be wrong) that the factory A-Spec would show up on a vin search which would add some slight value to the car, whereas a base model with 'mods' may not.

It's a nice car regardless

^Hmm I've never heard that. And it doesn't make sense.

VINs go on at the factory. ASPEC went on at the dealer.

Makes sense, as mentioned I wasn't sure about that, thanks.
