In the Market for TL-S 6MT
Hello all,
I've been losing sleep as of late. Saw two decent deals on 6MT TL-S and just my luck, when i find out about it, it's sold the next day!!! :///
Anywho, I'm new to the community here. Was doing some research and heard about you guys. Was hoping you guys can help guide me into the right direction. Are there specific forums for folks who sell on here or where should i look to start. Its hard to come by a 6MT but I thought I'd give this forum a shot.

The type S is so expensive I'm not sure if it's worth it. Literally twice as much as a base model. I paid $5,000 for my 6 speed with the same mileage as 2008 Used Acura TL 4dr Sedan Manual Type-S HPT at Zone Motors Serving Addison, IL, IID 17912231. Granted mine is a 2004, but stil I couldn't justify spending twice as much

When I was looking for mine, Cars.com, Carfax.com, Autotrader.com had some good fish in it.
Whatever you do, stay away from Winston’s KBP TLS in the marketplace. He’s seeking attention and not a serious seller. I spent $600 on two tickets to buy the car when he stopped responding.

Things like that seems egregious and honestly a mechanism needs to be put in place to mark those posters so that future ads from them will have this warning.....
Saving4aTL Don't be too disappointed about not getting a 10yr old used car out of NY, NJ, CT, PA area. Granted I found a great deal on my last one from NJ but it was a one owner dealer maintained so I lucked out because the owner moved back to his home country. OP where you at bro? You can buy mine and just turn it into a manual if you want.
I'm from NJ and my TL has never seen snow and hasn't seen rain in 6-7 years. There's about 4 other TL's in NJ that are in show room condition. If you're willing to spend the money, you will find a well kept, immaculate TL.

Ya, it was in poor taste to stiff someone like that. The kid is 23 Y/O, I should have not considered purchasing a vehicle from kids who share the car with their brother..
Ya I lucked out on that one because I got a 2007 6MT, 1 owner, Acura serviced, none salt state, sunny day driven, otherwise garaged TLS.
