Maintenance Minder

ok so the first time "A1 service due soon" has came up for me after owning the car a little more than two months, im pretty sure A1 only consists of an oil change and filter. can anyone confirm? and lets say i do the oil change my self or at an indie shop when i go to reset the MM i go to the oil life indicator hold select for x amount of seconds and reset it. will this remove the A1 service message as well?

i know this is fairly simple stuff jus want to be 110% sure. and sorry i Have searched and jus couldnt find exactly these answers i needed.

thank you very much for any response...

Oil change and tire rotation I believe. The A1 service code will be gone once your reset the MID, and oil life will be 100% again. FYI If you get the oil changed at a shop, they'll likely reset it for you.

I use Fram filters. I know some people might give me shit because they aren't "the best" but I've used them on all my cars and have had no issues. I know they're pretty popular with the classic car scene.

^No this is not my 1962 250 GTO^

I just picked up a gallon of mobil one 5w-20 and a mobil one filter today. I usually use honda filters because I can get them free when boss man isn't working. But he is mad because I used their shop to lower my car yesterday.

Mobil one oil and definately honda oil filter or mobil one filter.

I got a box full of fram filters for my 74 Alfa Romeo from my uncle. They're pretty old, but I think it was before fram turned to alleged crap. I hope they dont have a shelf life..
