Loud door closing noise when windows r down???

Loud door closing noise when windows r down???
Greetings all!
Has anyone noticed when the front driver and passenger windows are down, u here a loud noise when shutting the doors? it sounds like the windows are shaking when closing...it doesnt sound as crisp as when the windows are up. please test this to your 2004 TL and let me know...??? thanks er'one
