Well I was surfing eBay and came across these. CLEARED TAILS!!! Figured I share for any of you that are interested. I don't need them as I already have them but figured someone else might be interested.

Seems like there is a chip in the corner but might be doable to anyone that is clever enough to fix it.

Yeah that is a rip considering the damage and a new/used assembly would have to be purchased. No offense, but man that's high.

Personally, its not to my liking, for some reason it just seems muddy and not clean... but that could be due to the pictures and not the actual quaility of the lights.

 

The housings look melted inside, and the crack is major. Someone will get ripped off on these.

I'm in the wrong line of work. Of course, I'm in the process of making my tails, and I can't imagine doing it for too cheap, either...it is a bit of a pain (although a simple open and swap job wouldn't be too bad). Still, no way he's getting $475...doubt he'll get an opening bid at $175.

Ok so I have decided to clear my name. Yes these are mine and the reason I'm selling them is a long story. First of all, I wanted to see if it were possible to color match the TL-S tails to the sidemarkers in the smoke tint. So they cam out pretty close but Ray, who did them for me, sent them they way you see on the pics. I have not put them on my car, he cracked them and screwed me. So I tried to see if they would look nice on my car just holding them up but they were too dark so I decided to give him a chance to fix it, this time with clear lenses. He did it and this time both corners came cracked, so now I have the clear ones on my car cause I didn't have any other sets of lights to use and they have both corners cracked. I am at my wits end andI tried to complain to the post office but that didn't go anywhere, I would have lost cause I needed original receipts of when he bought the lights and it was a whole mess. So 4 pairs of tail lights and alot of frustration and anger later, I have money spent on these and still have cracked lights on my car. I have had the tinted lenses under my bed. So I just want to get rid of them, since they look too dark on my car and there is no need for 2 sets of tails. So at this moment I don't really care what they go for, I have been threw so much this these that I dont need them and just want them gone.

Lem the housing is not melted inside, it just has what I mentioned in the auction.
