a while back i ran across this nissan altima who had neon rings inside the wheel mounted on the caliper mounts at to not affect the operation of everything. i have not been able to find anything about this anywhere, does anybody know what i am taking about, they wernt like the sub rings that you find on boxes they had a much better construction to them.
