Lining up rear motor mount to subframe

Anyone run into issues lining up the 4 holes on the rear mount to the subframe? Im like half an inch off. Front mount is lined up perfectly. Its like the engine needs to move forward towards front of car like half an inch but front and side mount are lined up. I took the bolt out of the mount and jacked engine way up so i could try and get the 4 bolts in but when i raise the engine it pushes the mount forward even more and to the right and wasnt high enough to clear the engine bracket. I was hesistant to crank on the jack even more i didnt wanna overstress anything. Do i need to undo the lower trans mount and try and jack from under the engine AND the trans so it will raise straight up? Was worried id end up misaligning everthing if i go and unbolt everything.

When I replaced the rear mount on my CL-S6, many moons ago, I had the same problem.
Short answer is, I tamed the situation with a large pry bar by experimenting with various 'leverage points' on the chassis / engine to muscle that PIA into compliance. Just be careful not to damage something else near the leverage point, in the process, if you possibly slip.
Once you get one of the mount to subframe bolts in place and threaded properly, you may have to 'reposition' said pry bar to get a second bolt threaded / started. After that the other two should be in alignment, though with aftermarket mounts (mine was OEM because no one makes a rear mount for the CL-S6 ), you may still have a struggle?
Good Luck!

iits aftermarket but i compared it to the oem i took out and at least the base and holes were perfectly aligned. Unless theres some discrepancy with the top area that bolts to the bracket. Ill try prying on it some.

Both times I replaced the rear motor mount on my TL it was a pain to get all 4 holes lined up. I had a friend go under the car and pull the mount into position while I threaded the bolts from up top. I believe I already had the bolt up top started so there was no risk of cross threading it.
