So my brother and I were doing a major wash yesterday..clay bar, polish, pre wax, wax and whole nine yard..WDP looks so sexy when waxed :c)


when i turned the car on to put it back in the driveway we noticed that the driver side parking light (the yellow bulb) and also the side marker were out. the blinker still works but when I turn on the headlights the yellow bulb dont turn on. The side marker on the driver side also burnt out couple of weeks ago.

Instead of going to get them OEM I figure I do a nice after market touch, since I been wanting to do this mod for a while..

I really want to get clear side markers for the front with white LED in them to match the car real nice (WDP), also want to do something about that yellow bulb..

would truly appreciated if I could here some ideas, parts, pics, or anything that you guys have that would help me..

The stock 7443 bulb is a dual filament bulb which is why it still blinks. You will have to replace the entire assembly as far as the sidemarker.. Check out UniqueStyleRacing.com, they sale the clear diffusers for the front and also white sidemarkers. Check out vleds.com to buy the switchback bulb to get the whtie LED inside the headlight.

I have seen the set up they have on their site..I want to get a clear color face with white LEDs for the front side markers and red color face with red LEDs for the rear..

I like that red on red match on the rear end, but they dont offer anything like that..

their set is smoked, and i think clear front side markers on WDP will look better then the smoked ones..

 

The side marker idea is very nice, but its way too much work, and it requires me to invest in a dremel since i dont have one..

I ve seen those switch back LED lights, they are really nice..but i dont have my headlights cleared, so i think it ll defeat the purpose since u cant have the white LED running lights...if i had my headlights cleared i would have deff gone for that look
