you need to partially remove the liner on the inside of the trunk lid and get to the lights from the inside... not hard at all. im sure there are scans on here..... (between patients and to lazy to search.) what part of PA are you from??

You need to access it from the trunk by peeling back the trunk lid liner. Remove the black handle thing (1 phillips head screw). The 2 rectangle rubber things slide to one side then come off. The lining of the trunk lid itself is held on by the black plastic fasteners- pop out the center pin with a small screwdriver and remove the outside part (only do the ones on the outside edge- leave the ones closer to the rear window on- just peel the cover back.

Once you're in there you can see the housing where the bulbs are. I think it's a squeeze and pull to pop them out.

A tricky part is removing the 2 black rubber wedges. You need to pull out the outside edges, slide them over then pull them out.

Did you get the reverse LEDs as well? those are easier to do, and if you're already back there, might as well do them too.

You want 921's for pretty much everything but the glove box and center console. I think they were around $5 each.
