LED DRL not working

All of a sudden one LED DRL is not working right. One is on but only a small amount of power enough to light the actual bulb but not provide lighting power enough to see.

any thoughts on how to fix or is the LED going dead?

DRL are in series, and provide 6V to the lights. Replace both bulbs and you should be back to normal.

What gatrhumpy wrote. Additionally, because LED drivers aren't a "static" load, bulbs might flicker, turn off, etc.

To have LED DRL properly, you need to buy a harness or make one.

I bought an IJDM toy harness R3 which may be the culprit

Info that you have that harness is quite important.

Swap bulbs side to side, or connect suspected bulb directly to the 12V. If fault follows bulb, bulb went bad.

Thanks and will do. Paid $180 for Phillips LEDs and hopefully it is not the bulb

I have had this issue on my AV6, but I have regular halogen bulbs. Had to change out the DRL fuse even though the fuse wasn't blown, it fixed the issue. I suggest you try the original bulbs first to make sure there is no circuit issue first.

I would also recommend checking the grounding point on your iJDM harness. My led bulbs went out and I assumed that the bulbs were bad or the harness had malfunctioned. In reality, all that I needed to do was scrape the paint off of the connection point and both lights worked immediately.

$180 for bulbs on ebay? We have a brave one.

Did you swap the bulbs or did any testing? We still don't know what doesn't work.

OP, post pictures of the setup. It would help figuring out what's wrong.
