LED DRL and Fogs

Anyone tried these bulbs for fogs or DRL? If you do, pics and comments?

never tried it but LEDS don't seem to be bright enough to light up the road

It's DRL and Fog so it will work in conjunction with HID.

It's LED so it should draw less power, cooler and has longer life with pure white look.

They've been tried as DRL's in an '07/'08 application. There's a thread. They don't work.

They don't draw enough current and the car won't power the sockets because it thinks nothing is there.

V-Leds is supposed to be working on a set that will draw a few more volts and avoid the issue.

He was in the thread you pointed me to. 04-06 uses that for fogs so it doesn't have a the 6V DRL problem 07-08 have. Hence it works.

Yes, plug and play, no resistors. I also used the DesignTech DRL module.
