has anyone ordered the red led dome lights from ebay for around 20 bucks......i want to know how they look and see some pics if possible. And it states that its a set of 2 so i want to know if thats enough for the front and rear dome lights, i doubt it tho because the front has two lights and so does the rear if im not mistaken.

you'll have to order 2 sets... and do a LED search theres someone on here with red LED interior lighting... it looks sick but it does make it look like something out of the red light district...lol

but it also takes away all possibilities of looking for anything that u might drop inside the car cause the red is kinda dark...imo

Hhaha... amsterdam!! PM msala.. he did red in his interior.. not a fan because it no longer functions as domes or map lights anymore.. more like mood lighting because its not bright enough. Nothing like pure plain hyper white IMO.

 

i agree. i did blue lights on my truck and i hated it, i got so pissed off cause i was looking for something and couldnt see shit so i ripped it out and threw it out the window

 

I did a wedge and a 6 bulb first and it was very weak. I'm now running an 18 bulb front and 12 bulb rear tower's.(tight fit) 4 bulb's total are needed for front/rear dome's. The red is dimmer than white but functions just fine if I need light and I love the look.....

if i go with a 6 led white light will that be noticabley brighter than stock? and im going with a 9led bulb for doors. Im ordering them from two different site: superbrighteds.com and vleds.com do you guys think the two different whites will be basicay the same color? im doing this cuz vleds was sold out of door bulbs so i gotta get thoose from the other site, and ill be getting the 6 led dome lights from vleds.

 

Does anyone have a break down of the map and rear headliner dome lamps I was looking at them last night but dont want to break the shit trying to put my led's in

yea i did blue and i love those lights...so does eveyone else...all the other stuff i have done on my car i get the compliments on the lights the most lmaoo

 

The blue looks nice, I have a light interior. Get compliments on it. But it is hard to find things in the car at night.

 

Just did white in mine. Looks very slick.

 

I bought the same exact lights for both the rear and front dome lights in my 08 Acura tl type s. I actually love it but I am a girl and most guys think its tacky. And yes it takes 4 bulbs two for the front and two for the back. I got mine from www.customcreations.com

 

How many bulbs are they in total for the interior of a type S??? I'm going for the same Red look since I believe it will be difficult changing the already red lights that come with the type s to blue.
