Is this a leak or not?

I been noticing this leak mark with a white powderish residue in my garage. I thought it was coming from the line above the mark, but it doesnt feel wet or leaking.

It hasnt snowed yet in my area, so i dont think it is road salt.

Anyone have a clue on what it could be from?

Clearly you need to milk your TL.

That's the excess milk escaping from not being milked enough.

looks like drainage from your A/C.

Wait a minute is this a pick from the rear of the car? If so it's probably where the rain just ran off formed a small puddle and dried up. I see this all the time in my garage.

Might be rain, but why is there a white powderish residue?

The white "powderish residue" is probably the minerals in the concrete floor which leached up as a result of the moisture from the A/C condensation. Nothing to worry about.

My WAGs:
1) If the powder residue substance is crystalline, it is likely from minerals leached from the concrete. Is there a crack in the concrete parallel to the long axis of the powder residue area? Water might have come through along a crack, but it's not from the car.
I don't think brake or other auto fluids leave that type of build-up on concrete or cause leaching.
2) If the substance is not crystalline, it might be mold, assuming there was a moisture source-- again not the car.
3) Somebody spilled something on the garage floor, in which case the TL isn't involved. It could be laundry detergent, fabric softener, talcum powder or something along those lines if you have a laundry center in/near the garage. Something from the workshop?
4) Drug mule dropped some merchandise while ducking 5-0 going under your TL and through the garage... OK, I'm officially out of any other (and notice I didn't say "good") ideas without feeling and smelling the stuff...

There's a known TSB issue where there are grommets UNDER the rear seat of the car...usually the water leaks into the car though..and you can see salt in the winter "wick" up the seatbelts. I wonder if some is leaking out?

I had the issue when I pulled my rear seat (on a brand new TL mind you) to do the a-spec suspension. Have you been in a lot of rain lately?

Antifreeze will.

However, that's why I edited my statement it's just run off of water/rain from the vehicle and a low spot in the grarge floor where it's collected and dried. I get these spots all the time after it rains. Normal and nothing car related.... go enjoy the car!

There is nothing back there to leak like that. If it was brake fluid and by the size of the stain you wouldnt have brakes by now, plus it wouldnt have dried like that.

It's probably one of the four moonroof drain tubes dripping water. There are drain tubes at the four corners of the moonroof frame. The rear tubes drain down the "C" pillar. You'll probably be able to find the end of the tube by peaking under your car while someone pours water in the moonroof frame. The tubes exit the vehicle behind the rear tires below the trunk.

The white deposit if probably just dust or dirt from the top of your vehicle which drained with the water.

How about moisture coming out of muffler/exhaust drain holes........ The white residue is a byproduct of that as well.. I'm not even sure if the TL has drain holes but my wife's suburban does this all the time. However, from you picture the stain is forward of the muffler...

You sure its from your TL or possibly another car that parks in the same place? Is it just on the drivers side or both??

Hmmmmmm..... Most likely a very simple explanation like your WDP paint coming off and staining the floor..

Just for fun, here are pics of the drain tubes.

Where exactly does the water enter the drain tubes? Is it when you open the moon roof with residual water already there?

They are for any water that gets past the seal or if you happen to open it with water on it or raining.
