knock sensor reading in ohm's

Does any on know what the knock sensor reading is supposed to be when operating properly. in ohm's please if possible!

yes, comptech ACm has a filter and is malfunctoining for some reason. i sent it back to the and they will receive it today. I am trying to figure out what the ohm's out put from the sensor is to try and understand why this is happening. I guess voltage would work too but from what I understand the sensor puts out ohm's.

What you are actually asking for is the resistance value of the knock sensor. Whenever you are using ohm's you are measuring resistance.

yeah, Im not to familiar on how the knock sensor operates. I have just recently just done some research. when I test the 2 sides of the wire, the one coming out from ecu has power but the one from the sensor does not!

I checked the service manual and couldn't find anything on any electrical measurements. All it says is to check for continuity or trouble codes.

continuity is fine in the wiring. I used my friends ACM and no CEL. I think something went wrong with my KNock sensor filter in the ACM. I am waiting to hear from comptech today about the issue!
