I have to replace my battery at least every 24 hours if I choose to use the remote feature. I ordered a knockoff fob on Amazon and never could get it to connect so I've just cannibalized parts of it for my original fob. The remote works fine, but only for about a day. Are there any fixes, or do I just need to pony up for OEM?
