Just got a TL, suggestions needed

Hey guys! New to the forum, but a Honda man since 16. So I got a TL05 from carmax, nbd (spare me the bs trolls, thx) so looks like it sat for a minute but whatever. I changed the ps gasket to red ring now per tsb so thats all good. 91k, changed plugs (ngk irid.) , +3mpg now. Air filter done, pcv valve next, since im sure its in crap shape by proxy. What else would you guys suggest? Slight pass side front creak (bushing or something related to strut/shock but not concerned) Timing @ 108k also. Thanks in advance!

when I buy used cars, I change ALL fluids.

by 9 years and that many mileage( you didnt specify how many miles the car has currently) I would put some work in the front suspension.
you know you'll need bushings and new shocks.
look for anything broken or worn.
it's easy to spot.

Welcome!

maybe the compliance bushing if it was never fixed or possible brake pads worn.
Like justin said, change all the fluids if you can, tranny fluid for sure - if its a MT try to get the GM synchromesh friction modified.
Like you said the 105K maintenance coming up including the timing belt and water pump, alot of people on here either use the:

Aisin Kit

or the Gates Kit:

Justin: 91k miles

First, so if I'm dropping the tranny fluid I'm assuming I have to scrape and get a new gasket or is there a different way to drop it with this car? It's still bright red and doesnt smell burnt (AUTO)

Compliance bushing, how easy is this to change? Is it something I could do with a Haynes manual?

Power steering, how do I bleed this? I fixed the o-ring but its stinky fluid so it needs to go. Is there a procedure somewhere or a YouTube video that you are aware of?

Complaince bushings are a pain in the rear, you need to remove the entire control arm and press out the old bushings. I've done one set for a fellow Azine friend. Not recommended as a DIY project unless your very skilled as a mechanic. Have them inspected first, if its not clunking in the front, your prob ok. The trans fluid just has a drain, and you refill it. Simple. I would replace all the pressure switches for the transmission as well. Transmissions are known to go out, had one last week here in Dallas...

The tranny fluid if just a drain and fill (no filter in the tranny pan). There is a transmission filter but it's not a necessity to swap it. There's a DIY in the 3G garage if you want to change the filter. If swapping the tranny fluid, there's no flush to be done, just a 3 x 3 (qts) swap (also in the 3G garage)

Are pressure switches outside the tranny? Expensive? Simple to do? I'm not an experienced mechanic but have a big set.

Ok, so I'm on an airtight budget at this point, as far as fluids what can I get away with for the transmission? Power steering? I want to change it but cant spend a fortune.
